Like how do they mentally prepare or build that intensity before lifting? I&#8217;ve noticed Jordan&#8217;s insane amount of hype and adrenaline before heavy sets and was wondering if there were any techniques he uses to attain that.</p>

<p>Assuming I&#8217;m natural my first time on stage would you still say 250lbs? The ffmi is not in the natural range, so I&#8217;m just wondering what you would think for a 6&#8217;4 lifter naturally on stage? </p>

I&#8217;m 6&#8217;4, 215lbs, 22.5 &#8211; 23 ffmi. <br />1. I am currently running an ULURLU split 5 days a week where each upper day has a different focus. (1. Chest, 2. Back, 3. Arms). I am able to progress, (keeping similar form queues) about 2.5 &#8211; 10lbs on my lifts every week depending on the movement. I&hellip;</p>
