<p>I’ve been told I need to bring up my posterior chain (back thickness, hamstrings, rear delts and biceps) and i personally feel like my overall legs need to be improved, especially adductors.</p>

<p>Is there a split and/or a layout that would be best suited for me and my needs? I thought about going back to full body but I feel it would&hellip;</p>

<p>Started with 250mg of test E</p>
<p>Then did a bulking cycle where I did 500mg test e + 400mg Npp / week for three weeks, then 750 test e + 600 Npp </p>
