<p>I am able to get to the gym every 3 days, so I started full-body training. Do you think that it’s enough to have 1 heavy upper/light lower and 1 heavy lower/light upper session since I have 6 sleeps between heavy sessions for each body part?</p>
<p>Another question is where to put the deadlift. In my heavy upper session, I’m doing 1 erector&hellip;</p>
