<p>I&#8217;ve been training for 2 years, I started at 100kg and I&#8217;m now down to 78kg. For the past couple of weeks I&#8217;ve been eating at maintenance because I don&#8217;t really know what to do, should I cut or bulk from here? Any advice is appreciated!</p>
