<p>im 19  competing for first time , will do junior bb at pca saxon ,</p>
<p>so currently 14  weeks out,  these pics are from last week </p>

<p>TRAINING DAY DIET </p>
<p>Meal 1 (120-90 mins pre)- 200g white fish, 120g rice, 2 large cookies, 15g honey</p>
<p>Intra- 20g EAA, 60g hbcd</p>

<p>im 7.5 weeks in to cruise, holding pretty well strength is still up, around 238-240 in am . </p>
