<p>i strained my right trap and had to switch all my exercises to pin loaded machines that didnt cause much pain so i havent done that exercise for a few weeks now.. also switched to 1 on 1 off for more recovery </p>
<p></p>
<p>gonna try it again when fully healed and if still stuck at that weight im might just change exercise completely not sure if thats a&hellip;</p>

<p>i was doing 6 plates a side on the cybex shoulder press machine for 5 reps and now i can only do 4 reps with 4 plates on each side</p>
<p>its weird cause its only on certain push exercises. my triceps still at peak strength on pushdowns but my shoulder and chest&hellip;</p>

<p>how long will it take me to get back to my peak size? </p>
<p>my diet and training will 100% locked in and back to full blast </p>

<p>your doc is most likely gonna prescribe you T3 or T4 but i would try to fix it naturally first before becoming dependent on thyroid meds </p>

<p>if your in a deficit or just came out of a hard cut your TSH will be elevated </p>
<p>i would increase calories to a surplus to get thyroid back to functioning normal again </p>
<p>this always happens to me when i cut, it takes me a couple months to get my thyroid back up to speed and the fastest way to do that is to push&hellip;</p>
