This is the first upper session in a while, so I held back a little on intensity and volume. I’ll do one rotation of training before I begin to ramp things up again. It was a good session none-the-less and feels good to be back in the gym!

So yesterday I was fucked. I’ve not gone to sleep earlier than 2am this week and I was in a state yesterday. Got my training done which wasn’t bad at all luckily but soon as I got back eat my food and slept until today. Annoyed because I missed meals but it’s something I had no power over.
I’m in a pretty similar position to you at the moment being in a diet phase.

I find eating my pre a little earlier post training helps massively. Also when my foods a little lower I don’t wait as long between eating my pre and training so may be worth for you to trial both these too?
