<p>Had an off plan of sushi last night and only a small bump in weight gain from that. </p>

from thursday to this monday i dropped 6lbs, no perfomance markers dropped whatsoever, if anything my endurance has gone up during sessions, feeling great. can&#8217;t wait to see how i look like in Sish weeks<br />

We implemented 25mg of aldactone alongside the load to keep the water off and I’ve woken up the best I’ve ever been. Diet is the same for today. </p>

<p>One of those leg days I&#8217;ll remember for the next days for sure. Struggled a bit also due to cardio as flu didn&#8217;t help at all but still, a successful day in the office as all big lifts progressed.</p>
<p>Weight: 86,3kg. Increased carbs as fatigue was starting to take place and dropped more than 1kg. Energy wise, feeling much better&hellip;</p>

<p>Woke up this morning 1.8lbs up (151lbs) looking much fuller and so much better that yesterday! </p>
<p>If I drop below 150lbs we know that where I flatten off from the date we have collected over the past week or soo. Today was rest day for me today! But I did do a little posing in the gym. </p>

We have mitigated fluid after the front load and the fullness has stayed. </p>

<p>A client show day today so she&#8217;s over in the states still waiting on results but I think it&#8217;ll be a great one for her! </p>
