<p>What would be the best approach to start a test-only cycle?</p>
<p>Some one I know cycled before at 1 &#8211; 1.2 gram of total aas. (diff Compounds)</p>
<p>Would You start at 350mg and test estrogen after 2 weeks to see if aromasin is needed? Or how do you go about this? </p>
<p>Any rough ratios to use? Or only based on bloodwork or visual assesment of high estrogen?</p>

Something like 50 gr vegg and 50 gr fruit each meal. Mixed as in different colors. Maybe mostly low fodmap to avoid gass problems. Like carrots, zucchini, belpepper, spinach, champigons. </p>
