It&#8217;s very unlikely that the &#8216;labs&#8217; or resellers are doing that with their pens, so they could be sitting out of the fridge for weeks or months and degrading. For that reason, I would always go for vials personally. You can always buy reusable pens and fill them with the reta from the vials&hellip;</p>

Also taking 8iu of levemir on wake and pre bed. But the water retention is getting too much, I think I may have to lower my dose. It started with carpal tunnel symptoms. I personally did 2000 iu MWF and then 75iu of hmg TTS. It can definitely get pricey unfortunately. I also took 500mg L-carnatine a day. Running on the protocol it took me 4 months to regain fertility. </p>

Just a follow on question. Once all fertility markers are within reference range, do I need to continue the hmg, or can I keep it up with just HCG from that point?</p>

I&#8217;ve come down to 200mg Test E per week, split into two dosages. My plan is to run HCG at 1000iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday and HMG at 75iu Tuesday and Thursday. Also looking to take 500mg l-carn a day.
