    Legs 1 today

Great session, intensity spot on today – was 1 rep shy off all pbs today so strength is still slowly increasing. Mentally really focused the past few weeks as I’ve been getting leaner my goal is to go on stage knowing I did my absolute best regardless of how I place. Mentally during my sets I can take myself to that place and just shut off completely. Nothing else matters at that moment just you vs the weight which is why come off-season I know I can build a great physique. V squat today felt spot on tried narrow stance to build that outer sweep got 8 reps with 120kg pretty confident next legs 1 rotation I can beat some numbers. Leg press felt great today too , nice deep controlled reps – what I notice with this exercise is people load the machine up, there foot position is wrong and have no control over the exercise. Finished the session today with hamstring curls and calves so main two heavy sets where of course leg press & v squat . Happy with the numbers I got.

    Leg press: working set 140kg x 16
    V squat: warm up set 80kg x 12 working set 120kg x 8
Hamstring curls: working set 30kg x 13 (will increase next time -40kg)
Standing ham curls: warm up set 5kg x 12 working set 10kg x 6 (will use 7.5kg next time)
Toe press on leg press: warm up set 50kg x 20 working set 60kg x 18

Time to go home refuel, pose & read some of dr Scott Stevenson’s book ????. Off college all of next week so will be posing a couple hours a day just to smoothen up my routine/flow.
