    Pull session gone down today, weights have gone up and I really enjoyed it today!

    Deadlifts x3 10-12/6-9/12-15

    Hip Thrust x3 10-12/6-9/12-15

    Good mornings x3 x10-15

    Single arm cable row x3 10-12/6-9/12-15

    Underhand pull down x3 x10-15

    Chin ups x3 x10-15

    Single arm DB row x6x4

    Bicep curls cables x3x10-15

    Also have 5mins pre and post cardio which I did on the bike.
    Everything is going to plan atm just getting lean so when lockdown is over I can go straight into a show sooner rather than later.
