    I think high intensity circuit style training along side a LISS run and full body weights will suit what you’re after. Something like:
    Full body weights, Off, HIIT Circuits, Off, Full body weights, LISS Run, Off, Repeat.

    Cheers. For the full body what would you be thinking? 2 exercises per body part, 3/4sets of 8-12?
