Deleted UserMay 1, 2020 at 6:08 amSo Wednesday I trained legs. My right ankle is bit funny, a bit swollen but not really painful, I feel it’s more like pulled Achilles tendon or soleus muscle.
Anyway session was decent, but I was using more feeder set style technique, usually with one set to failure per exercise.
Warm up superset seated leg curl, leg extension
A flat bench lying DB curl
B one leg leg press
C stiff leg DL
D smith squat
E lunges
F standing Smith calvesMy legs have actually felt destroyed since yesterday (Thursday), haven’t been sore like that for a long time, quads, hamstrings and glutes, everything is sore.
