    Hi Jordan Currently training

    Pull
    Push
    Legs (quad focus
    Rest
    Arms
    Legs (hamstring focus)
    Rest

    Wednesday & Sundays are perfect rest days

    Been tempted to switch to
    Pull push legs rest repeat. But find with working shifts would land really weird

    Then pull push legs rest upper lower rest looks perfect

    Just so confused on the upper lower days

    And how I would choose volume sets rep ranges around that split

    Any advice or templates of workouts ?!
