    Hi buddy,
If you main goal is to gain more size, and your a hard gainer, why keep the food so low, you know you can get peeled why not make full use of your rebound phase and push up to gain a few extra lbs tissue while the body is super responsive .. unless are planning another show ?

so far sitting at around 700 carbs… was going to cut it there but hey.. I’ll see the day through and see what tomorrow brings.. not exactly a small person and I’ve seen little guys push a thousand plus that are 212 ! Hahah experimenting is fun

Mate ive seen guys 190lbs pushing 1200g carbs on a high day, i didnt think 500g would touch you lol …. ive just started using glycomax but couldnt find any info from rich on dosing, how have you worked out 1 tab per 25g carbs ? BG readings ?

James you mentioned you kept 100mcg T4 in through your offseason, is there a reason for using T4 over T3 mate? and will you be keeping it in through this offseason .. cheers

I find it milder and can be run longer without negative effect on thyroid and yes absolutely

    Thanks J

I know jordan does the programming but is there a reason behind the leg extensions being between the 2 pressing moves as opposed to conventionally putting them either at the start of the end of the quad work… bet the leg press feels epic after the extension though.

Matt, you’ve done upper lower, PPL, bro split and every other training split going, which one do you prefer and why? and do you think the increased frequency of the upper lower and PPL give any more benefit than the bro split if total working sets are similar over the week

I prefer the split i am on now. Which is the 4 day Dorian split. I train mon tue wed fri sat. I think ideally also resting tuesday would be very beneficial. This way i hit a body part every 5/6 days. I think that if you’re struggling to develop a body part. You need less frequency and more rest between training it. But all in all. I think it’s a case of not what you do but how you do it.

    Great answer mate thanks

Jamie what kind of burgers do you have with your meal 6 mate ?

Great log btw keep the updates coming!!

That’s awesome man! Really like your log and as a tall guy myself (think we’re the same height, weight is another story…) you’re probably my favorite athlete on the site. Was following your journey even before you joined the team, keep the progress going, it’s motivating as hell!

One question: how do you get on with squats? I find myself failing more due to back fatigue etc rather than my quads giving out.
