    Eating carbs that close to training wont have any impact on your session, i would have a big carb meal as your last meal the night before then just a pro/fat meal containing some fast digesting protein for your meal 1….. you could have intra carbs which would be of use during your session

    Jordan, what’s the reason for shifting onto your toes with the squat shoe.. is this just to focus on more quad over the knee? I take it this doesn’t mean pushing with your toes … still the whole foot

    Awesome info Dr.Dean / JP… any specific supplements for lowering LDL, i have been off cycle for 6 months now but my LDL is just a tad out of normal range. Its not changed much from when i was on cycle.

    It would take longer than a week for the gear to lose its half life though buddy, you’d still have super physiological amounts of hormones in your body so I would imagine test should be high still if the gear is real and dosed correctly…

    I would be concerned your test level is lower than normal, even if the bloods were 1 week post any injections the half life should still have your test levels a lot higher.
    Mine was higher than that on no gear taking HCG.

    I would just go with the 500 test if you’ve been off for so long and get the most out of that as you can then add in the deca. Maybe just do test and am oral

    You going to try do the whole prep with no form “cardio” again buddy? Suppose your training 6 days /wk instead of 4 which should help

    What was your SHBG reading? Normally if that’s high free test will be low. You could maybe try some proviron as that help free test 50mg to 150mg per day

    HCG mimics the body’s LH, so if you get your bloods done while using HCG you may be under the impression you have recovered when really if you stopped the HCG your LH reading would shoot back down because you have suppressed your body’s own natural production.
