At the moment I’m doing PPL with Monday’s push being shoulder focused and Thursdays being chest focused, abs thrown in 2-3 times a week

Okay so how many exercises would you recommend for each?

Obviously this goal is set with health still being the main goal, if it’s not achievable then it is what it is but it would be good to see what everyone else thinks would be a good approach?

Even though it’s only my second cycle? I’m 23 as well would of thought thats too young for blast and cruise what do you think @JP ?

What other options is there other than cruising?
This cycle was original meant to be a 14 week bulk.The only other thing I can think of is making this cycle just 8 weeks and towards the last few weeks switching to prop, day after last pin start PCT then have 8 weeks off at just above maintenance calories. After 8 weeks off have an 8 week cut cycle of say test and anavar? That would take me up to the week before I go away

It depends if you’re using steroids or not. If you’re natural then there’s only so much muscle mass you can put on per year which is only a few pounds unless you’re a beginner in which case you’ll gain a lot faster

The standard is time on = time off. But would be interesting to hear what experienced BB’s will say.

I have roughly 240g protein per day ever day. Yeah I completely mix it up, never really have the same meal twice a day, if I do it will be 10”g oats w/300g Greek yoghurt

To give you more about me I’m 5’11 and 184lbs. If I cut now I’ll just look skinny. Been on Test E for the last 2 weeks
