    As you say you are cycling for summer, I guess its going to be a test only thing ?

    So a longer cycle around a 16 weeks so it will take me through?

    I’ll most likely do test with another compound both at fairly low doses

    Just continue the cycle through buddy, obviously you can’t really travel with anabolics so take you last shots before travelling and continue when you get back. You could get away with taking your AI but that’s up to you.

    By continuing it though I take it you mean just do a longer cycle to last through to the second holiday?

    Dont keep chucking more drugs at something that isnt even a problem. Your body’s producing everything it needs on its own. Either wait for yourself to recover further over the next 4-8 weeks, or cruise. If you think you’ll hold onto muscle at 18nmol better than at 9nmol you’re in doo-lally land.

    It’s got nothing to do with holding on to muscle, it’s to do with how I feel

    I’ve answered above m8, you can use the clomid dose. However, it can take time for your levels to increase, they will be somewhat suppressed because you have used anabolics. Don’t worry you will have muscle memory,.so whatever you lose will come back when you go back on cycle. You cannot hold into muscle you have on cycle when you are off. So an extra bit of natural test won’t make much difference, may just make you feel better. Just relax get your blood work healthy then you can go back on.

    Okay I’ll try run chlomid at 25mg for 2 weeks then let them naturally increase after that. Thanks bud

    How long ago did you finish PCT?
    May just be a case of give it a few months and see…..

    I finished around 4/5 weeks a go, I don’t just want to wait as I don’t want to lose muscle with levels being low

    I ran HCG for 20 days then got test levels checked, they came back okay so started clomid 2 weeks at 100mg then 2 weeks at 50mg

    I came off test, waited 5 weeks then started HCG at 2000iu every other day for 20 days

    Definitely not underlying stress as I really don’t have any stresses to worry about – everything is good.

    I was thinking it might be the var and to drop it but wouldn’t that be a negative factor in this cutting phase as it would be a decrease in total anabolics? FYI I added var in 4 weeks a go

    I’ve seen loads of bad reviews against onyx and I really don’t know why. I used it on my last cycle and test levels came back decent.

    I had some time off and started this current cycle using rohm test but the pip was horrendous so got some more onyx test E and been using that ever since. I’m on 350mg and test came back at 99.1nmol

    I’d want me estrogen higher (unless dieting). Lipids will take more of a hammering. I’d try 1/4 tablet twice a week.

    I’m cutting at the moment, do you think I should just take it down to half a tab once per week?

    Likely your abs are stronger than your lower back. Do you do any lower back strengthening exercises? What movements are you doing? I personally don’t like full sit ups, I prefer exercises like Leg raises, roll outs, cable crunches and vacuums as they put less strain on the neck and lower back.

    I used to do deadlifts but had to stop due to an umbilical hernia. I just work it with bent over rows.
    For abs I’m doing either cable crunches, leg raises, crunches, or upright knee raises but they all hurt.
