hey buddy, less carbs help me with water retention, each gram of carb takes water with it to the muscle. I swell up like professor clump if i eat too many as im not that tolerant to them. However, if your looking to grow during this cycle you would want a surplus of cals. Perhaps you could use fat more for this surplus. Also make sure your water content is sufficient, too little and you will hold water. i also use VitC, 1000 to 2000mg a day.

I’m in a defect mate aiming to get as lean as possible. Carbs aren’t a problem and are seeming to cause me no digestion issues at the moment as they’re only at 300g

You could gain a lot from 12 weeks test if you’re solid with your diet and training.
It’s not pointless at all, you will lose weight when you come off through a drop in water but depending on how your nutrition and oestrogen is through the cycle you may not even hold too much in the first place therefore not much to drop.
I was the same, I thought I’ll just do one cycle and then that’s it, – I promise you, if you do a cycle I’m positive it won’t be just one. The results you make and how you can drastically change your body in such a short time is brilliant, you just have to be as safe as you can with it.

Will the high TSH limit me from dropping body fat while on cycle?

i would keep an eye on de haemaglobin and haematocrit. your cycle will probably raise that a lil more. for now okay to work with but keep an eye on it

They look fine to me and the TSH is only just elevated however I would speak to your doctor and keep it monitored as it can be early signs for a piturity issue.
However your T4 is on the higher end which is a good sign, unfortunately there is no free T3 test which is the most important part.

8 weeks is fine.
Considering blood work shows injecting test E increases blood levels that day id say it’s fine.
I would be tempted to front load although the new age bodybuilding guru will cry it’s not necessary
While it may not be necessary in this situation it may help based on recent blood work I’ve seen n how quick synthetic test takes effect

This makes no sense. Leaning out means dropping body fat low does it not ?
Anavar is always a nice addition. 50-100mg training days

Surely this depends on how many cycles and of what he’s previously done as well as how much muscle mass he carries? Would it not be more beneficial for him to start low, get what he can out of that dose then increase and keep doing that? -

I don’t mind narrow presses I just feel it in my shoulder as I have trouble with my supraspinatus tendons.
Dips are definitely easier on my shoulder, would you recommend say 2 sets on dips then another 4 sets (2 exercises) on isolation tricep exercises? -
