I’ve been on cycle 8 weeks so far and planning on doing 14 weeks. This is how I currently look. I’ve put on 14lbs since week 1. I didn’t cut because I didn’t have the size there to warrant cutting, I would of just looked skinny. What would your guys advise me about where I go from here?

239p, 571c, 92f. Upped it by 200 caps last week as weight didn’t increase in 10 days. Definitely more body fat than I’d like but il just have to wait to strip that off

Sorry lads forgot to put it down, aim is bulking. Stats 5’11, 195lbs, body fat percentage not too sure…maybe 19% or so you can see my abs when I tense but I’ve definitely put on fat…got around 6 weeks left of this bulk cycle

The odd pain here and there and thought I could feel it and thought it could possibly be a hernia but as it wasn’t that bad didn’t think too much of it. The other night I turned round fast when reversing and got a bad sharp pain, asked a friend in the NHS and she said it was a hernia so booked in at the doctor then they confirmed it

350mg test E per week and per day I eat roughly 200g oats, 300g natural yoghurt, 2/3 whey shakes, 2 bagels, turkey bacon, potatoes, tuna, a banana or 2 and that’s about it!

I’m not too sure to be honest, I’ve had it a while maybe 8 months or so but it was very rarely hurting. Even now the pain is only a sore once in a while it’s only a small hernia but obviously heavy lifting could make it worse.
I’m making good progress and really don’t want to have to take a step back….what would you advise Corine?

Update – trained a push session today, after 2 sets of incline bench press and 2 sets of high incline dumbell press my wrists forearms were swollen, again feeling like they had a massive pump especially around my wrists. Hurting a bit, quite uncomfortable and no flexibility in my forearm whatsoever when it’s like this whereas normally it’s quite good.
What could this be from!? I don’t have a tight grip when training either so can’t be that. It feels like I’ve done a 1 hour forearm workout after 4 sets!!

I think he’s more asking is it’s a good idea cutting right off the back of a bulking phase in the same cycle and if he’ll maintain the muscle mass he’s put on in the bulking phase of the cycle?
If this is the question then I don’t see why you would drop the dosage of test that you’re taking
