Surely if that was the case though a lot of people to get extra carbs in a night would just have a big bowl of cereal as it’s quick and easy?

I’ll give this a go, thanks!

  • Absolute waste. Mate the idea is getting as much results as you can using the least drugs possible. Using tren at 21 years old is just beyond my thinking, I’m 24 and I don’t see the need to touch that unless I’m coming to a huge plateu and especially insulin….really!? I don’t want to sound like I’m having a go, but this cycle is absolutely stupid and if you don’t run a serious PCT then you’ll be in a world of shit. I understand you want to get in the best shape possible but surely health is the main concern?

The logbook numbers are going up nicely and increasing each week. Currently at 247p, 543c, 88f. Seem to be going over on fat the odd day, but if that happens I decrease carbs that day so the calories work out the same

Just match the 120g carbs you’re currently consuming, it doesn’t really matter where you’re getting them from as long as you’re getting the carbs in. In regards to calories the carbs alone will give you 480cals, a post whey shake will give you 160cals and the milk in the cereal will give you 250cals….890 calories minimum in this meal is plenty post workout unless you’re trying to hit 6000+ calories a day then I’d only slightly up it

So long as you’re hitting your macros it really doesn’t matter

I got blood work done and came back as:

    17-BETA OESTRADIOL 41.3 pmol/L 0.00 – 191.99

So it’s low but still have sensitive nipples and can see a small amount of gyno coming in the left nipple I don’t understand?

So as I’m metabolising the test not as affective as some people are does that mean I should up the dose of the test towards the end of my cycle? I’m on for 14-16 weeks

That’s what I was thinking, but is that taking his age in to consideration?

E2? Anything I can do about it so that I’m not a “poor metaboliser” or is it just genetic?
