Firstly how serious and what kind of level are you playing football? What’s more important? Getting big or playing football?
Just playing in a amateur level, in a local competition in my island. Enventualy I will stop playing, so that´s why I keep my focus on getting bigger and strong

Usually goes like this,
Monday I do upper training and at night i play football
tuesday is a lower day
wednesday is the gym rest and at night I practice football again
Thursday do Upper body
Friday mayby rest day or lower body
Saturday if I rest the day before I do Lower body Training

I just play football 2 times a week (monday and wednesday) in a amateur level.
The Density day, is more like a Back e Legs day (to keep the frequency more high)
Usually I do the Lower day on the tuesday, depending how I am feeling in the day, maybey I will push the lower day to friday and I do the Back and Legs early on the week.

If was me I put some kind of hip hinge like DL or RDL in the Pull day.
