Thanks Gents for your replies,
My bloods can back all in range but Kidneys Creatinine was 126 unol & EGFR 56ml
Also my liver ATL was 75u/l and my HDL was 0.79 mil.
I totally agree this is overkill after seeing looking at what most are taking and will be lowering to 750mg test, but not sure where the primo dose should.
I will take photos but I’m 5’11 at 240lbs BF around 18%

If still sub 100 (5.6 mmol) after 2.5 hrs then sensitivity is good.
Once readings start to slow down and remain around 120-140 (6.7 to 7.8 mmol) then you’re looking at loss of sensitivity and risk fat storage etc.
Large volumes of water really doesn’t make too much of difference with the meal. Ore and post meal hydration along with proper electrolyte balance would be more critical._________________________________________

Hi Dr Dean, can you to a post on blood glucose monitor levels – fasted, pre and post meals and post workout please? So we can have an idea of where we need to be as an idea? Please!

Not exactly.
in this scenario as i started my a “blank slate” after PCT and being off so long, the plan with JP has been to creep and gain the most from the least so thats where the logic in the minor bumps has come from.
Whereas in 2017, following 15 weeks TRT post comp, my off season was just 300 test e 400 npp for 14 weeks.

Thanks both, I just seen a lot of pros pushing the GH in the off season to stay lean. Just wondering how effective it is. Great insight above
