In regards to me guys, I’m taking a U turn on my plan to up bits , after this weekend being st that show , it just answered a few more questions I may of had about holding onto the muscle I have . I’m totally fine now to let that go , I’m not going to shit on something I love dearly , but unless your up there on that stage doing well or making gd money and a living from what you do, I think making very sensible health choices at the right time is important . I saw some pics of me with others that they tagged me in, I look tired and aged WAY more than I am happy with now .

Test down to 125 from now, it’s the only way I will get much lighter is to lower it to there because I can hold a shit load on 250.

Does anyone else with join in where it just goes through you? I take it and it just flies through my digestive system very quickly in a not so pleasant way. Puts me off taking it

When i was using it i threw it in my “goodnight” shake along some fiber and a small amount of oil, didnt have any issues.

How is the psychological of things going ? you have already dropped alot of weight/size fast, how are you dealing with this ? im pushing close to 40 years my self and know at some point in the near future i will have to “settle” and downsize to keep me healthy, so really wondering how to deal with it.
