    So mate the hole brexit thing kinda botched me buying supps from your site, when importing now we get hit with 20% wat and 13% customs fee on the whole package, any plans on opening a webshop in an EU country to circomvent this hole thing ? 33% extra is alot of cash.

    The thing is it’s me that reacts to stuff , it’s not the brand , I am super super sensitive to basically anything but rohm. So instead of me slandering a brand that is ok with a lot of people I know , I will just say that for me, rohm is all I can use

    Back was good today aswell , lat focused to start

    Undergrip pulldown x 9 , x 6 , x 11
    Seated lat cable x 8 , x 5 , x 11
    Chest t bar lat x 6 , x 4 , x 7 drop 3
    Seated cable upper back x 8 , x 5 , x 12
    Upper back pulldown x 5 , x 9 , x 15
    Rear delt row x 8 , x 11
    Rear delt pulldown x 10 , x 12
    Calf raise x 17 , x 10 , x 7 x 6

    12iu lantus on wake , 3iu fast slin with m1 , 6iu fast 90 mins pre wo meal , 4iu pwo meal

    Again just using enough insulin to control BG levels , I don’t need very much as I’m lean , it’s just to offset the insulin sensitivity decline of the 15iu gh. My food won’t go up very much anyways so I won’t need to use much more insulin at any point .

    How you can shoot 15iu Gh is beyond me, the second i move over 6iu of GH my hands start fuckin up, waking up at night because hands cramp/sleep, when i wakeup in the morning i have to start moving my fingers because they are insanely stiff.

    Kuba mate, just heard from someone in my country that you are coaching him an he is on 7000kacl a day, havin a hard time believing that since he is nothing close to the size of you ?

    Just because he isn’t my size doesn’t mean he can’t be eating 7000 kcal ? Why would he lie about what he is eating ? If someone needs it we push the food… just means when we diet he won’t have to starve to death like most

    just have a hard time seeing someone who isnt as muscular as you burning thru 7000kacl a day, a lot of the time ppl lie about how much they eat after being a moderator for the last 15years on BB boards ive seen it many, many times ppl seeking advice to run more gear and use the “im eating all i can” but not growing excuse, saying they eat 4500kacl when they really maybe is eating 3000kacl in reality. Sorry for the long answer haha
    If they are my client likely hood they aren’t lying, or I simply wouldn’t work with them. If I had doubt I’d be making them take pictures of each meal before they eat.

    Your not counting many factors into this, they didn’t start on 7000 calories we built it up very slow over time. They are active and have a high metabolism, some people need more some people need less. It’s pretty simple. If you tell

    I use zopiclone from time to time, tried Phenergan but they made me feel like an absolute zombie the day after wich zopiclone doesnt, usually i only use them for a couple days at a time to avoid gettin “hooked” on them and to avoid loosing sensitivity to the effect.

    Look at the circumstance , nandrolone only , surplus for 20 or so weeks , cals get up to 6000 . The only reason it could hold there was nandrolone only , the moment it changes from that, appetite crashes .

    True, just never heard about it before, sually when ppl’s appetite goes its because of to much tren or orals messin with the liver.

    285.2 today , as I mentioned yday anavar in , so cycle now:

    200 nandrolone , 100 primo , 100 anavar / day

    I still won’t bother with any test until I need it ( fullness ) , likely bring in test when I drop the primo and anavar for tren, will lower the nandro slightly for a bit of test

    Rest today , we are so fucking busy everyday , I know everyone is busy so I’m not saying we are more so, I’m just v thankful for Corinne’s ability to multi task, while also being peeled ! Otherwise I would be absolutely fucked

    I’m going to launch a clothing sale today aswell guys just a heads up , so if your going tk buy some , wait until I launch this ????

    Never heard about Primo hittin appetite ?

    Depending on wich blood test your doc uses Nandrolone can give a false reading as testosterone.

    Your body has several mecanisms to stop it from growing and returning to “normal” like myostatin, SHBG, Aromatase, cortisol etc so when the body responds to a high level of anabolic/androgenic roids it starts to increase those things, so when your on a cruise your body starts to lower those things again.

    The problem isnt sensitivity. its myostatin, the natural bodys defence to piling on muscle mas to quickly and becoming an overencumeberd slow mass of a person.

    Thank you! this and things like producing more aromatise enzyme, more SHBG etc receptors has nothing to do with it 🙂
