Anecdotally, I have been recovering from hip replacement surgery and been following Jordan’s 3mg per day recommendation of KPV, TB500, bpc157 and GHK CU…the surgeon said it’s the cleanest wound heal has seen in 30 years.
And my mum asked me if I had had Botox π

Thanks Hilly for the detailed response.
My last question was around timing of dose between finishing pre work out meal and actually going to train.
E.g finish pre workout meal at 3, and train at 5 – is it best immediately before training?

For the first 4 weeks push them all at 2500 a day , add kpv too for the same period same dose
I would also add LL37 for 2 weeks at 500mcg a day
If cost was an issue, should I drop the gh in favor of adding in LL37 and KPV and increased dosages on others?

just to add – hip replacement needed due to severe arthritis that causes significant pain

Not one of the athletes, but I faced a similar issues and went with a “7 day” split and went with a hybrid U/L PPL…
Something like
Monday – Upper
Tuesday – Lower
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Pull
Friday – Push
Saturday – Legs
perhaps something like that might be worth considering.
