Not one of the athletes, but I faced a similar issues and went with a “7 day” split and went with a hybrid U/L PPL…
Something like
Monday – Upper
Tuesday – Lower
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Pull
Friday – Push
Saturday – Legs
perhaps something like that might be worth considering.

Hi Daniel, I saw you commented on a post talking about AFIR, I have this issue (I think) on my right leg, significantly stronger and bigger…never been able to figure out the problem and generic physio seem clueless.
Do you have any more info or can suggest a physio in London who can help?
