I have read the whole log so apologies if I have missed anything regarding any intolerance testing. I know you have been excluding certain trigger foods.

I have used HIT with good results, I read the nautilus training principals and books from Ellington Darden and Mike Mentzer. The reason I used this training style is because I worked a year solid 12 hrs days with travel so I needed as little time in the gym as possible, i had a training partner who I worked with who also read all the info witch was handy so we could do 1 set all out with forced reps and negatives.

I have been thinking about EQ as well after reading through JP’s thread (read back from page 153 on iPhone app) I took some screen shots so I have a reference and the info. Some good info posted above as well. Cheers

JP has done videos on this, I personally got a note pad and pen watched the videos a few times and took notes on everything he said.

Dips have always caused shoulder issues for me, i now only use negative only dips at the end of a workout focusing on contracting the triceps’s only. I have long arms so maybe it’s just my biomechanics.
