I have had the same issue, I have also done some self experimenting like not drinking after 5pm and also 3pm and I still had 2 pisses minimum through the night. So I tried the opposite and had a glass of water (now with fade out) and I usually wake up for 1but sometimes go right through, I’m not sure how or why having a drink before bed works, but it has with me. I also read about the amount of water stored in the legs if you are on your feet a lot through the day, this then goes back into the body when you lay down in bed, again I’m not sure if this is correct but it’s something I read.

I had the same issue, I spent £55 on physiotherapist/deep tissue work and £36 on an osteopath and both done nothing to resolve my paid. I just done some stretches mainly in the hip area, have a read through Dr Deans log as he had a similar issue and recommended some stretches. If I can think of the name of the stretches I will come back and post them.

This is an old myth, proved wrong on a documentary on Discovery channel or National Geographic . They tested a heavyweight boxing champion at the time Chris Byrd. He done a workout in a lab and the next week done the same workout after having sex with his wife. His results were better after sex.

God info again Dr Dean, is there any reason why you put Glucosamine and MSN in your intra workout shake? I take it before bed, but is there any advantage to intra?

I have been on and off since I was 19, I have 3 daughters. My youngest born last week, conceived in the middle of a cruise. I am not saying you will be the same but I have had no problems.

Maxy I take 2x50mg of losartan, but also take a mixture of natural products listed on previous posts, Dr Dean has also done a list of heart health supplements if you read back through.
My bp don’t change if I’m on or off, it raises if I miss my weekly boxing session.

From what I have read boiling meat has a different affect on calories to roasting, please tell me if I’m wrong.

I have started using Carditone, I treated myself to 5 tubs off IHerb @ £24.90 each I also had to pay £34 import tax. I couldn’t find a uk supplier so they came from the USA. My blood pressure has came down from around150-140/70 it’s now always within normal ranges if anything slightly low on the dystolic.

I’m sure the cardiologist is a professional and wouldn’t just take the lowest measurement to keep you in a normal range.
I think you maybe over analysing this, you are probably just within normal range I guess?
