Brian thanks for the reply, did you suffer with any aromatisation? Did you run AI? Or Aromasin? How did you split up the 300mg per week?
    Cheers

Why take the risk? Come off clean your system out so you have the best chance of having a healthy baby.

I can’t help with a site for you to buy any blood pressure tablets from. But if you look on the health section there is a list of supplements that will reduce bp.
Your doctor has probably put your high reading down to white coat, being at the doctors.
I would buy your own monitor and take readings throughout the day, if these are all high then take the readings back to the doctor and go from there. The doctor will then ask you to wear a monitor for 24hrs to check.
I have done all of the above myself.

I did try to get this done privately but I was told by bupa in the uk you need to be over 45 years old? I did suffer with palpitations/heart flutters.

Are you going to change anything now you know this information about your heart?

I have just read some research on Taurine and blood pressure, 1.6g-6g of Taurine ed has been shown to lower blood pressure in the subjects tested. These different dosages had been used on different studies.
I am not a Doctor this is just from my own research. But I thought I would share this info if anyone is suffering with high bp.

I never used a belt and bust 2 disks in my lower back. So I definitely recommend using one and also learning how to push your abs against the belt to support your back.

BLACKOUTSKIES,after reading back my initial comment it did come across disrespectful. That wasn’t the intention. Apologies.

First off, I do plenty of research. I suggest you do the same instead of just using google.

I personally think you should know more considering you already have “clients”. This is basic information that you are asking. Steady state cardio doesn’t burn fat, it increases caloric expenditure. Ok boy.

The frequent pining could be a pain in the arse, I am considering running some with primo and low test after Christmas. I appreciate all the information and comments. Thanks.

Nerve damage? Maybe a bulging disk? Go and see a good osteopath and maybe an mri. Hopefully you get it sorted I know your pain. Ice and heat the area as much as possible.

I have had these, when on and also off everything. I’ve had the ecg monitor on for 24hrs and it never picked anything up, so I asked for it for a week again nothing was picked up and the clinic said my heart was perfect. I have also been very fit from a young age because of boxing, and I find that if I miss my hit sessions or boxing I get some flutters, maybe my heart needs to be worked? Athletes heart or something I have read. Some people are very in tune with their hearts and can feel beats very easily, I am one of them. But best get it checked out in case you have some issues.
