Hi Dean, do you monitor your resting heart rate and blood pressure as you are on night shift? I have noticed my resting heart rate increase now that I am on night shift myself. Also how many hours sleep do you get when you are working nights?

Dean, with regards to blood type that you now know you are type O. Have you changed anything to suit your blood type? I have read eating right for your blood type can be good for health? I have just found out I am O RH Negative.
