I also work offshore, I usually have to make do with a squat rack/smith machine and some free weights whilst I’m away.
If I’m on a regular rotation I will usually train every morning for about 45mins and just rotate the same exercises over the trip and try to add some reps or weight and record it in my offshore training log book.

It’s now coming up to the day I either PCT or continue my cruise.
Has anyone got any previous experience or advice in my question above??
Cheers

I have shoulder issues with dips, but negative only dips cause no issues at all. So I do negative only weighted dips as a finisher.

I use valerian root, I buy the root from buywholefoodsonline and use a coffee cup with the strainer thing in it to filter the bits out, It works for me.

I haven’t used melatonin.
I currently use valerian root, I buy the actual root from buywholefoodsonline. Put it in one of the coffee cups with the strainer in.
The drink smells like an old trainer, but helps me with sleeping and also blood pressure (apparently)

Depends how hard you want it? What’s more important having a night out or hitting the gym hard the next week?
Personally it takes me a week to get over a night out so this puts me off most of the year.
Also if your are taking orals the drink will also cause more stress to liver?
I have noticed my blood pressure rise after a night out also.
But it’s your choice.

Going out on the piss isn’t exactly optimal If you want to make full use of your course. In my opinion.

Is the increase in resting BPM likely to drop down when my levels even out?
I am also not sure why it only increased like that when I added the CYP. Maybe in Induject was very under dosed. -
