    I would add weight and aim for failure closer to the 8 rep mark. Stick at that weight until it becomes a 12 repper then repeat

    Always digestion ???? , every food choice for me ever is digestion . So if I move food, add food, swap food. The answer is always digestion ????

    Ah amazing session with Kuba and Oscar !!

    Pivotal reps system, chest/delts / biceps , intensity 2

    Picked the nautilus chest press for main move , have set the seat deeper so I press from a deep stretch.

    Very excited to see the progress that will occur over this phase with this training system

    once you iron it out and get it to a point that your happy to roll it out will the pivotal rep system be available to members on the site or just your clients JP?

    yeah I do corine, fats n protein stay the same and I lower carbs by 40% on rest days

    Cheers graham. I know the leg press is hardly up there in the high risk exercise list lol. there must have been a weakness there and that just happened to be what I was doing when it went

    no problem Graham. I was leg pressing of all things. final set, first 2 reps went up smoothly and on the 3rd when I got to near lockout something just snapped and I let an almighty yelp outta me followed by a few grunts and a lot of swear words
