I second Rich on this – to know where to direct you we’d need to know where you’re at currently with calf training. IMO a lot of the time poor progress on calves can also come down to execution more than volume and frequency
I usually use leg press and train in stretch position going up to neutral
Do you train them at the moment or are they the token bodypart that gets a bit of attention at the end of a session on the days you feel like it? (This is SO often the case)
I train them at 2x frequency at the moment for 3 sets at the end of my leg session
