Upper A can remove the first extension and add the dip. It’s a great tricep compound but a nice bit of work into the front delts too and rest of session can stay the same imo

I would add dips on upper A but maybe do 1 set and also do 1 set of tricep pushdown . I would do the same on upper B. Alternatively If you wanted more volume for triceps in upper session, I’d shift the bicep curls to lower sessions and hit them before hitting legs .
