prop for a first cycle – why when someone is injecting for the first time. Id advise the total opposite and pick E and pin once a week simple and easy.. why jab more and especially someone who is not experienced..

are you really out of shape right now? as the start point is important
as 30lbs in 10 weeks is a fair amount to not lose any muscle alongside some fat.
sure drugs help (a lot) but they aren’t a force field that just protects muscle tissue and zap fat
keeping strong will help for sure and how you diet down

real GH works best IMO
can add some melatonin or 5htp or try Phenibut also
there are some possible things you could do to improve the chances of a good sleep. check environment (dark, no electrals), try to lessen stress before bed (even things like playing videogames or using a laptop or tablet). Caffeine away from bed time. Things like that.

usually as its the same as Parabolan which has an almost mythical like status (genuine pharma made Tren). Its usually priced a little higher than E. Ive used as part of a blend with Ace and Enth purely as was running a blend of Test esters so made it a good chance to try it out
didn’t notice any difference really – cant say id recommend it over Tren Ace or Tren E which cover you in most scenarios well enough especially considering what youll be running to compliment the above (short esters for Tren Ace and most likely other Enth ester products to match the Tren E)

if meal 6 is post and you eat just once after training then id make this much carb heavier. bin the fats
I train and eat after a PM workout with just one meal and ill eat maybe 50% of my carbs for the day in that meal and the intra shake..
as above lower carbs higher fats on non training days or just pull cals back on non training
could make one of the meals during daytime low carb also – maybe meal 2 or 3 ….help with appetite and insulin ….

easy to track foods and cook just take a bit of prep and using your head
a scale takes up no space really or you just work out how many cups or protein scoops full something is
whey / oats are a lifesaver here or whey and granolas
cream of rice needs just hot or cold water
cous cous can be cooked just by adding water and covering
flasks keep things warm (chili, curry, soups)
eggs (boiled or cooked)
really there are a million different ways if you are commited -
superdrol is actually one of the strongest lb 4 lb products around IMO….

…you’ve done videos on bulking etc…but any chance of say some visual (maybe front and back shots – no faces) of some good examples of where you think (your opinion) that BF is say
1. bit more room to go – so push cals
2. pretty much borderline – really close call
3. ok enough – not stupidly over but clearly (to you) time to reign it in a bitthink could be quite useful as BF percentages vary and aren’t always accurate and for many a visual illustration hits home harder if this shouldn’t be here just delete…no probs

can I just pipe in on Ansomone. They make 5 or 6 different doses. Same company same place. as for only 4ius being used in health service that’s nonsense – they use 4iu/8iu/10iu in Chinese and Hong Kong/Macau (both Chinese SARs. Are there some fakes about – yes. Are there some copies about with real GH in…yes. But Anke make a few doses with red/blue/orange/yellow/purple boxes. The 10iu kits are the most copied ones as they are the best sellers outside of China – for obvious reason its same package size but more GH

also the way you built your calorie up…if you just jumped then by a large margin its not long before it suffers IMO. I find it better to slowly up cals, your body gets used to it and you retain hunger. ive done that and works much better then previous big jumps
