    mild anti e property and if your lean in off season maybe – but prob best saved for prep/low BF environment……. why not use Primo instead if not already in the cycle

    whats your target
    how comfortable are you at a set weight or BF – as that’s all personal
    optimally – stay as lean as you can whilst growing…… but you cant serve two masters – either grow or diet down…or do it in periods. otherwise you can just swim in circles. if your pushing the back end ‘teens in BF your over doing it IMO. then your just all out bulking. if your someone who finds dieting very hard then better to stay on the leaner side. IF your ecto or diet down easy and get very very lean you can prob push it out a bit more in an off season end of the day its what you feel comfortable with

    well a good friend of mine won a HW class using Oxy in the last week so of course its not all water! but that’s part of my point – giving drug advice anon with no pics etc or knowing your body is hard.. for me personally Oxy aren’t bad on appetite, make me stronger ( a bit) but for someone else they make then bloated (usually as their diet is looser) or can murder appetite… so if they work for you awesome then use !

    if training and diet is spot on then your own experiences with drugs are the key here as whats good for me might not be good for you

    ill pay devils advocate here but not knowing your size or diet or goals one cant just say that cycle is way OTT for you…

    most people got very big by doing increasingly bigger levels of drugs, training hard and eating more food so its quite fashionable to cast off every cycle as too much when anyone with any kind of physique (bar the odd person) has usually got there via pretty decent drug use

    if your training your ass off and eating loads then 500-750mg of test is hardly THAT much in reality….deca prob a bit high in my view but without knowing facts I couldn’t say…. with that said I don’t see why you need Oxy in there….test and deca works well… adding the oral in – is it really needed? what is it for – pre workout ? or you just like the water hold from it ? (of course you could be diced to hell) we just don’t know…

    based on above i.e limited knowledge just run test and deca …..500/400 and add food if its muscle gain you are after – many orals kill appetite so better in a diet phase than a growth phase.
