How long would it usually take to start working? I just wasn’t getting the appetite suppressed as I thought it should. Does it take longer to kick in?

You would likely know if you are insulin resistant as the other signs would be there.
Please can you tell me what the other signs would be?
Cos if am honest coach has got me checking every meal and it its a ball ache. And sometimes stresses me out.
It’s obviously be elevated after a training session. But cos it elevated pre my post workout meal his taken out my Intra carbs. But it’s expected to be elevated after gym session and Intra carbs as I’ve only just finished them 30mins prior.
Is it pointless checking post workout. Like pre my post post meal it mostly at 3.5/4…
Am towards end of a tidy up/cut and I shouldn’t be insulin resistant at this body fat I reckon. And supposed to be started a growth stage but this pulling carbs out and messing around I feel pulling me back

I wait about 20mins after cardio to eat meal one. So I check it before meal one

Can i ask why you are checking Post cardio?
Its very possible that due to being dehydrated post cardio your BG is spike or if its hard cardio then for the reasons Sara mentions
I eat my meal one 20mins post fasted cardio and I have been advised to check my glucose levels before each meal…
I have been advised I should be below 5 ideally before each meal and as am not I am slightly insulin resistant and sensitivity isn’t good.
Is this correct?

Here are my recent bloods….which I’m pretty happy with 6th week into my cruise…..
Coming off my biggest ever cycle which started at
300mg/wk test E
600mg/wk Primo
150mg/wk NPP
And titrated up to:-
500mg/wk Test E
1500mg/wk Primo
300mg/wk NPP
Reaching my heaviest very weight 341.6lbs
Eating the most I’ve ever ate consistently for months on end reaching circa 7000kcals
My training moving to another level in terms of strength, accuracy and intensity.
Things to take into consideration…..
I will be donating a pint of blood next week not because my blood is thick but I like to keep in line with this and i always feel great after. My haemoglobin has risen around 10-12 points since starting the cycle.
My red cells are a little low so I will implement vitamin B6 here to bring back up and this will help with slightly elevated prolactin.
CK is high…..but it always is taking into account the level of maculae mass I hold and the way I train, even after a week total rest this would still be elevated.
I manage inflammation as well as possible but I will double up on curecoming and add in some Glutathione, which will also help with my ALT score. My liver is fine apart from my ALT which again will be elevated from my size, training intensity and the amount of protein I consume 430g daily.
My HDL is low……it is always low. It’s gradually got lower each push I’ve been through and the bigger I’ve got.

I will increase the dosage here so my omegas are slightly higher and citrus bergamot is increased. This will be perky down to my size, my diet, and some genetic components. Overall my cholesterol is fine.
Triglycerides will start to right them-self as bodyweight comes down and calories come down. So nothing of concern.
Hormones as expected. My oestrogen naturally runs high. It always has. I do t see the need to take any AI’s here and as prep cycle compounds go in. Primo and masteron at a higher dose this will bring this down pretty quickly.
And that about covers the bloodwork
I will be having an echocardiogram soon. And after this prep I will be having a full calcium score to make sure everything is good. I will run these once a year moving forward.

1. When you say your on cruise is that 250mg Test a week? Or TRT dose?
2. Don’t you get any gyno sides with your estrogen and prolactin so high?
3. Whats would be a sweet spot for estrogen to get best gains and strength?
4. Was your estrogen higher on course or on cruise?
