I have 1mg fasted and also 1mg pre workout and and absolutely love it

ive seen people get results from as low as 1mg per week and results stay good up to 3mg per week. Higher than this is ok for some but may cause issues in others.
Personally I feel 1-2mg per week is an ideal spot for most and so far seems to be able to be ran for prolonged periods with solid results
