That’s also a very low dose , you defo don’t need any time off that dose . The start point dose for the trials for its use was 2mg a week scaling to 14mg a week . 1-1.5 is very low and could easily be ran year round

I’ve take mine 30/45 mins pre bed along with my melatonin and dream sleep. My sleep quality has definitely improved -
Stick them in the suitcase and you will be fine.

It could just be a less of pump then rather than you looking flat. Maybe take it to 1.25 and then 1.5 in a couple of weeks. Reta is best increased slowly
