    It’s a GHS . You combine it with a GHRH , to stimulate natural gh release

    So I use tesa + ipam , it’s stronger

    How much bac water do you mix with the 10mg in the vial and then how do you work out what 1mg is with an insulin pin? Ive been using the pens where you just set it

    10mg daily – 3 x a week is enough , find good benefits from a focus / energy perspective especially on busy days

    Doesn’t need to be a daily dose or over use

    You won’t binge

    0.5mg / day to get used to it ,

    Taper to 1mg a day

    Make sure it’s real!! I cannot stress this enough . The shit pre mixed pens are mixed for how long before you get it ? Months at source , weeks in transportation , months with the person selling , are they storing it fridged!?

    Get a powder vial , make sure it’s real

    Obv I know pro forma is legit , we are just running our 3rd batch test for hplc on reta now. So that’s 3 lots of hplc reports to show within a month of launching ! Most companies don’t show one , ever

    Imo if you sleep from 9pm to 2am it’s still 5h sleep, and I congratulate you for going to bed that early, but that’s super early, in summer it’s still daylight outside; honestly hats off cause impossible for me, just getting the desire to be in bed at 9pm is out of my power.

    On that funny speech though; try to go to bed later and be really tired for it.

    I mean I would try to go to bed around 11pm and see what happens
