Also just to add, how is your stress management? Are you quite busy/handling a lot right now or over the past month?
Hi Maddy, yes already taking melatonin as well. I am literally wide awake at 2am. I’ve tried laying there and trying my best to drift back off to sleep but it’s not happening.

It sounds like your body has got into a pattern.
You’re doing everything right in terms of sleep hygiene, and I assume you have a regular sleep/wake time, but your body has got into a rhythm.
I would suggest going to bed an hour later than usual for a few days, then increase that to 1.5/2 hours later for a few more days, and see if that breaks the pattern. You can then creep the time back again once the cycle has broken.
Staying up slightly later but still waking up at 2am and can’t get back to sleep. Will keep persevering

Could you put together a good sleep stack and where to purchase from. I go to sleep ok but wake at 2am and can’t get back to sleep. Already take dream sleep and no screen time etc pre bed
