    Try some breath work, meditation or reading a book pre bed to try and relax your mind. Also light blue light exposure from your phone or tv with some blue light blocking glasses

    Also just to add, how is your stress management? Are you quite busy/handling a lot right now or over the past month?

    Hi Maddy, yes already taking melatonin as well. I am literally wide awake at 2am. I’ve tried laying there and trying my best to drift back off to sleep but it’s not happening.

    I don’t feel overly stressed at the moment

    You won’t binge

    0.5mg / day to get used to it ,

    Taper to 1mg a day

    Make sure it’s real!! I cannot stress this enough . The shit pre mixed pens are mixed for how long before you get it ? Months at source , weeks in transportation , months with the person selling , are they storing it fridged!?

    Get a powder vial , make sure it’s real

    Obv I know pro forma is legit , we are just running our 3rd batch test for hplc on reta now. So that’s 3 lots of hplc reports to show within a month of launching ! Most companies don’t show one , ever

    Sorry for another question Jordan, is there an optimal time to take the Reta?

    It sounds like your body has got into a pattern.

    You’re doing everything right in terms of sleep hygiene, and I assume you have a regular sleep/wake time, but your body has got into a rhythm.

    I would suggest going to bed an hour later than usual for a few days, then increase that to 1.5/2 hours later for a few more days, and see if that breaks the pattern. You can then creep the time back again once the cycle has broken.

    Staying up slightly later but still waking up at 2am and can’t get back to sleep. Will keep persevering

    what time are you going to sleep?

    How long has this been happening for?

    As Clare says its likely a case of just having to re program your sleep pattern

    Go to sleep around 9/9.30pm. This has been happening now for around a month

    Could you put together a good sleep stack and where to purchase from. I go to sleep ok but wake at 2am and can’t get back to sleep. Already take dream sleep and no screen time etc pre bed
