I live in Dubai and don’t actually know of any registered trt clinics. That being said there is absolutely everything over here so I would just honestly goggle it and I’m sure you’d find many options. Personally and with clients we just self administer so I’ve never had reason to look into clinics.

I know of a few guys using the crown stuff and one of my guys did their entire prep on it, they have all experienced positive things from it so far

I had it done on the NHS about 7 years ago. Looking back the service wasn’t great and I am now considering getting it done again.

First step is to go to your GP and tell them you are depressed, you can’t sleep, you can’t take your top off in front of your GF etc etc and also that they really hurt all the time

They will make you do tests and apply for funding etc. It may take a year from first app or longer, but it is possible

As Hilly said, If prolactin is slightly higher you can usually control it via b6, ideally p5p.

Hi Ryan & @Hilly , here is my second round of blood tests, estro and prolactin seem really normal. Although I’m sure the old lumps I have under my nipple are sore/puffy.
I’m taking p-5-p at 400mg per day, also using 600mg boron per day as free test is low.
Do you think I am worrying over nothing looking at these results? I’m just paranoid as I’ve already had gyno once before, can 2iu of gh per day realistically make current lumps any bigger?

What was your estrogen reading? And are you sure it’s not hcg

Thanks for the reply Ryan, I’ve attached my reading oestrogen was in normal range and this was 5 weeks after using every day,

My gyno op was on the NHS and they left the glad in and also a bit of tissue on each side – I think this was die to not wanting me to have dimples where it had been, unsure if via the NHS it was the best treatment, but it means I’ve still got a small lump both sides but no where near as bad as it was.

The gh is from meditrope so I believe it to be good quality? Strength has gone up significantly from it ever after the first few days and I gained about 5lbs in the first week after I started using it, my hair and nails are growing super quick too? Don’t know if that means it’s legit or not but i’ve felt amazing since I started using it and havn’t used any AAS in around 7 years before this
