Just watched that latest push session with sas Elliott and Donna. Any chance of a recipe for these 2g fat muffins 😉
Also with the reps and sets your doing have you strayed away from muscle round and rest pause and just focusing on 2-3 wok sets and just hittting maximum reps until failure with no set rep range made?

It’sa pulldown/pull-up
Compound – dead, rack pull or bb row
Rest pause
Pump set
Muscle roundThat’s the jist I get.
Deadlifts rack pulls and bb rows don’t get done on same day.
From what I’ve gathered. That may have changed now -

Little bit off topic but sort of connected. I see your using a peptide have you used other peptides before such as PEG-MGF or IGF 1 LR3? What do u think of these? Also in reference to your injectable dbol and oxy pre workout have you ever used mtren? What are your thoughts on that ore workout? Cheers.

Hi Jordan. I noticed that where u have wrote your diet out for your middle of the night meal it says the values you use not the type of food. Does this vary. Do you use whole foods in the night or is it more just a shake in the night? Cheers

Hi Jordan mate. You said your on lily humatrope. As it comes pre mixed is there a an amount of time it shouldn’t be refrigerated? I mean transportation wise. Should it be in cooler packs when out the fridge for 24 hours or is room temperature enough? There’s so many conflicting stories online about it you just don’t know who to believe. I’m wanting to order lily but am weary as I don’t want to end up with half potancy stuff. Been using generic currently

I started doing the writing down my session on the day I’m training and I gotta say it gets me going for the gym. Since jumping back on board with you on the 1st Jan everything has jumped. Up. Energy. Strength and motivation mainly and I think writing down what you wanna hit before u go to the gym really helps with the motivation

that culture gym is free all December aswell. go on their Facebook page and there will be a word u use at the desk and u get the whole month free
also kings gym in Croydon is a beast that’s where I train. jp supposed to be coming down around Xmas. think the 23rd he’s there
