Hi Adrian
So your calories are already pretty low.
How is your adherence to your diet?
The next adjustment you could make here when needed is by having a training day and rest day food plan. Less carbs on rest day as the demand for carbs will be lower – However, I would be really interested to know the information above as asked by Marc because as I say, it already looks as if output is high, steps are high, and calories are low..
i follow my meal plan on point, no problem on that
but im not able to share photos on here -
Any way i can share my check ins

Hi Adrian do you have any pictures we can see to give some more context to what you currently look like. How long have you been dieting for now and what has been your average rate of loss
im been dieting 5 months
my rate has been 0.9 a week
im not able to post the picture to the site -
so 2 – 3 pm is good even if my workout end at 12 – 13
usally in the gym 2 hours -
so if i have 2 rotations for a, any tips on how to set it up, because yes i have felt having 4 rotations its too far between each session, and i think 2 is best because i have limited equipment, been getting too strong on movments because the weights is getting too heavy for my bodyweight so i cant get into position, but any idea of how it should look,
i have leg press, hack squat and smith for compounds, so any help on setting up 2 rotation fb split??
ive been doing dumbells but my dumbells in the gym is limited only 37,5 kgs and im doing 50 kgs but need spotter to set it up and i mostly train alone

I never talk about it i just do it, i help my parents at home all the time, clean the house actually since im so focused im the one cleaning in the kitchen just becuse i dont like a mess around me, i tryna be positive all the time, but it was this situation when i got home from work every day and they kept begin so negative towards my diet and training, espesially my moms bf, but i never reacted becuse i would never scream at my mom, never so i took my mom to the side and told her if he dosent stop nagging at me, i have to stand up for myself but didint wanna make any drama so i waited becuse maybe it would stop by it self but it didint so i just told them respectfully, and it just hurt me a bit becuse they said if u start taking steroids we will never support u and show up, and i never talk about my training becuse i just do what im supposed to do, and yes i have a income, but training is my absolute passion and i always help at home, just was thinking of taking distance from the people who gives me stress but not my mom was more thinking of her bf becuse he was alwyas disrespectful

training, bodybuilding lifestyle, work, life choices?
What are you struggling with exactly?
Exactly this and yes i live at home, im struggling with that everybody always has to comment on what i do, so people keep giving me stress, and im very carful with what people i keep in my life, and if someone is not worth having im not gonna spend more time but idk if thats right to do with my closest family, and i quitted my job, but dont know what to do from here, im working very hard on this buisness but people always tryna distrect me from my goals and when they do that i dont want them in my life, i need hard work not distrections
-
so begin a bodybuilder this is more common because even in bulk u drink and eat much more than a regular person
-
Are you tracking your calories / output currently? If so what is your bodyweight doing?
, i track everything but i have friends wanting to find their maintnance and they wanna track what they eat and i wanna help as much as possible
-
How much should i increase and reduce my cals each time
-
So mini cut isnt nessecary, because my goal is to grow for as long as possible mby 2 year offseason, becuse im not going to compete yet, i wanna grow, grow ,grow
-
But if my goal is just to grow not compete is it nessecary to cut then isnt it better to mini cut, so lets say im 10% bf and then bulk up to 15 – 17% then mini cut back and repeat
-
Will also add that if you start “just now” following a diet and you are very new to this; you will probably don’t need any cheat/free meal. It’s gonna be pointless; but majority of coachs give still once a week for a “transitional mindset purposes” not too be too hard with new future athletes
, ive been cutting since summer but i really dont like it, i see many bodybuilder do it but on a cut mby once a week but i just feel it makes it harder to stay on the deficit and u gonna wake up next day much more watery and yes, but in the offseason i see bodybuilders eat thons off cheat meals and get very fluffy, i just watched a video of sasan and he likes the more dirty bulk more than clean and he said if i remember right u should get a softer and lose ur abs to really grow those muscles but then someone says something else so i get so confused

Hello mate
Well I am agree with Meg here
Growth season / off season (first things first) you will be a tad out of shape
Still look decent but abs are a nice dream, but as much as you are a man, you will store a tad of softness in belly and lower back
And for woman it’s the same, hips and glutes a little soft and sometimes belly too.
Seeing your abs would mean you are def lean. And so on too lean for a growth.
Us / pro bodybuilders, we always look decent in off but not much abs though
Soft abs when you stretch the skin yes 😂
Simple : slow reverse; increase kcals by 300 in average, see how the shape reacts, do checkins, take your weight, and when the weight is reaching a plateau, increase again
I would also make sure to reduce cardio and steps slowly too
And don’t binge in free meals or choose raw food/quality foods
And stick to your diet even in offso i shouldnt be conserned abt how much but ofc not too fat, but i listen to john meadows take on a offseason and how to approach, so he said if u get into a lean bf% around 8 – 12% and then bulk ur way up to around 15 – 17% then mini cut back to the ideal state 8 – 12% and then repeat
