    Do you want the best quality? Do you want the most value? What “vitamins”/supplements exactly? This is pretty vague…But as a blanket answer Amazon is often the best option

    What is your (long-term) goal? Does it require the use of PED? Evaluate your reason(s) for taking this path. If you insist on doing this…anavar 25mg ED. Make sure you’re on top of lipid management supps- 2-3g EPA/DHA daily, 1g citrus bergamot split AM/PM empty stomach at least. Hopefully you’ve done at least minimal research and know why I emphasize this with anavar.

    Ultimately, the split that you’re most driven to nail week after week and enjoy the most is best. If you hate high frequency, basic training then don’t force yourself to. However I hope you don’t as yes I would aim for a high frequency approach especially as your potential for growth is high at your training age. Google “cycles for pennies” by Dante Trudel and take that in. If you can progress 104x a year versus 52, and you definitely can Thomas, why wouldn’t you?

    Agree with Matt, really feel starting anabolics in a lean position will allow you to make much more progress and really reap that first cycle the best. I would consider mini cutting to at least 12%ish. No need to use anything to get there and that’s not so lean that you could lose tissue in the process. Delaying a matter of weeks on a long term/lifetime decision is a drop in the ocean. Have you had bloodwork to see natural baselines?

    You can go ahead and google a tdee calculator if you want and plug in your stats. However the most accurate way is simply track your intake for a week or two and evaluate how energy balance is shifting (or not) in either direction (assuming lifestyle and routine variables are constant)

    Depends on how lean you are mainly. What are your stats/pics? If not lean there’s no need for one if you’re doing this competitively. If you’re more a casual/lifestyle “bodybuilder” and don’t mind a longer timeframe to see results then a refeed can be done more frequently for psychological benefit given it’s accounted for in weekly energy balance

    What are your exact readings? Are they consistent? I wouldn’t look into carditone yet. Likely lifestyle factors that can be addressed first especially if natural and just starting cardio. Ensure you’re properly hydrated, sometimes as simple as that for high BP. What supplements/stimulants do you take if any?

    How long was the needle used? Everything swabbed? I would take an anti-histamine and evaluate after another couple days. Apply heat to the area

    Could you elaborate more on your lifestyle/daily routine? Do you take in any stimulants or substances of note? Dosages timings? Look into blue light blocking glasses, cheap on amazon. Stick to a consistent bed time. BLBs on 1-3 hours pre bed, read/listen to a podcast some calming activity once in bed etc, only use your bed for sleep or intimacy, be intentional about going to bed, supplement wise look into Dr. Dean’s sleep stack to feed melatonin and serotonin pathways but first address root cause(s)

    Creatine Kinase is notorious for being extremely elevated from the stress of weight training. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. GGT and ALP are in a good range which are better indicators
