Your central question depends on how far you want to take this hobby. If you want a pro level physique in the next 5-10+ years then consider B&C. If not then pct by all means. That seems like a bit of heavy pct.
In future I would not make such a jump in dosage cycle to cycle. If 500mg test was your last I would’ve gone for something like 5-600 test and say 200 npp or Deca. Increase incrementally each cycle, use the least you can to progress. Also I would not get bloods until at least 8 weeks post. Deca will still be in your system at 6 weeks due to the long ester -
If both digest fine whatever is cheaper. Generally when cutting any carb powder is fine, in an offseason we may need something like HBCD or another advanced carb for reasons of digestion

If you’re opting for generic Hgh scrutinize your source very thoroughly. I would get meditrope black tops from genotec as jordan is on. 5iu is a high dose if you’ve never used it I would start at 2IU. Use the least to progress

For me it depends on if you want to be highly competitive in this hobby or not. If you’re not very serious about this or aspiring to a pro level physique then PCT.

From this snapshot of your life I’ll give some general advice but don’t take it as gospel:
If it’s a strict 3 training days I would opt for full body training which jp covers herein. If you could eek out 4 upper lower would be very beneficial. Dietary wise I would generally eat in a slight surplus on training days and reduce carbs/caloric intake to maintenance or slightly below on rest days. You need to focus on getting stronger with excellent execution and do that for months and years. Feel free to ask any further questions Paul best of luck mate

Need more training history but I am going to guess you would benefit best from upper/lower training. 2 on 1 off. Frequency wise push pull legs would indeed be a minimum. This split seems very inefficient for a natural teen lifter
Additionally, especially as a natural and training 6 days a week I would question your intensity and execution if you can recover from this. Soak up all the info in the old instructional videos and read a ton
