Perhaps need more information but on its face this doesn’t seem to be an effective method of training, especially for the average or amateur level hobbyist bodybuilder which I assume you are

Arms are my most stubborn area as well. I would find a few movements you connect well with. Personally I train biceps before legs on leg day as well as 1-2 movements with push and sometimes 1 with pull. Increase frequency. As JP says we often primarily just need to get bigger everywhere for arms to come up. Hone your pull training and find what you can execute best isolation wise and do it more frequently. I recently realized I haven’t been training my biceps peak with max contractions for fear of shoulder flexion. Execute frequently, get bigger everywhere, be stubbornly consistent, be patient.

I would recommend adding an adductor movement to ensure optimal quad development. Many people neglect these. As far as other quad movement ideas- heel elevated squats, sissy squats, etc. I recommend banding the leg press indeed for a better profile.

Pulldown variations with proper execution (ben pakulski illustrates this well). Generally speaking think “down not back” for one thing. Chest supported row variations. Bent over row variations. Eccentrically loaded deadlift variations. Above all find movements where your execution and intensity can be maximized and progressed and dig in for months and years. I imagine if you’re asking this question everything needs to come up. Apply these principles to every session

I’ll let the experts chime in if they take the time to read this but i get the sense insulin is unnecessary at this point for you. As JP wisely reminds us, use the least you can to keep progressing and I don’t see the need for slin until you’re say close to a pro level physique. Also you don’t mention GH which if you’re not running as well you’ll likely just put on fat. The 15g fat 45 mins pre humalog could also exacerbate this

I’m also prone to ab cramping when training them. Let’s see what others have to say

Talk to your GP about an anticholinergic medication, I personally am prescribed oxybutynin 5mg. Only thing that has really helped apart from talc powder or gold bond

@jordanpeters I’ve heard Ameen Alai and others advocate GH only on training days. Would be much appreciated if you could educate me as to what the considerations are if at all with ED vs 4-5 days per week

If you want bang for buck quality go on amazon and order
200mg Caffeine Pills (1/PWO)
L-Citrulline powder (8g serving)
Creatine Mono (5g)
You can get fancier if desired but these are the most effective ingredients. Also ensure you’re intaking adequate sodium -
Lazarus Naturals is by far the best mix of quality and cost I can find. There’s a reddit code for 10% off as well. Not sure what shipping rates are to UK but they do offer international as well.

As always thanks Dr. Dean.
If you could afford only one of these six to try, what would be your first recommendation?
