    Lol no funny you mention, bay area of northern california. Unfortunately, there’s 10 crossfit/yoga studios for every 1 mediocre big box gym. From what I see on social media, the average UK gym is lightyears better for bodybuilding (I’ve lived in 3 of the 10 biggest metro areas in the US). I could rant for a while about how jealous I am about this haha. Check on the single leg as mentioned. Been lazy and cheap about seeing a sports PT about this but may just do it.     My gym doesn’t have a traditional hack but rather something like this however the pad is curved (https://www.gymratz.co.uk/sts-front-hack-squat-url)
    So that’s a staple movement at the moment for sure. Other main equipment is standard leg press and then a “squat press” aka a high angled leg press (Ham dominant of course). A smith, one power rack, one squat rack. I have been doing largely 1 leg leg press to work around the difficulties with fully loading machines to my capacities. Trying to get creative but appreciate the time guys.
    Unfortunately in my area (US) there are no gyms with plentiful strength equipment. I’m also struggling to overload things like dip machine (stack not plate loaded) and DBs (can band an extra 10 lbs or so on each but that’s not enough sometimes) as the weights just aren’t heavy enough with the kind of training we do.
    Beyond the compounds there’s the usual extensions/curls and adductor/abductor which I incorporate. It’s difficult enough to have 2 full rotations in my training for legs.
    Nothing else causes bother. The falling asleep I believe began after I ran DNP two years ago. I likely have mild peripheral neuropathy and have tried supplementing ALCAR and various things
